Why work with Victoria?

Real estate has always been a natural extension of my background in business, design, and property investment. Before becoming a Realtor, I spent over a decade leading business development, marketing, and strategic projects for global organizations, while also building my own interior design and construction management company.

As the founder of Studio Define Interior Design & Photography, I have worked with homeowners, investors, and developers on residential and commercial projects, helping transform properties through thoughtful design, renovations, staging, and construction management. I also led real estate investment projects focused on acquiring, renovating, and repositioning properties, giving me firsthand experience in evaluating value, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and maximizing returns.

Prior to entrepreneurship, I held leadership roles at Intel, where I managed large-scale business development, marketing, and strategic initiatives across North America and Asia. These experiences strengthened my skills in negotiation, project management, financial analysis, and building lasting client relationships.

Today, I bring together my business expertise, design knowledge, and real estate investment experience to help clients make confident, informed decisions.
